The Fundamentals workspace contains various palettes for creating and editing objects. Basic and Tool Sets are tool palettes, which have special functionality, as described in Tool Palette Features. If a keyboard shortcut is currently assigned to a menu command or tool, the shortcut displays when the mouse hovers over the command or tool; to set up or modify keyboard shortcuts, see Modifying Menus and Commands.
Depending on the initial settings, some palettes may be hidden when the program is launched.
