Replacing plants

When replacing plants, select whether to replace the current plant only, or all instances of the selected plant.

To replace plants:

1. Select the plants to replace, or select a plant that is a representative of the plant instances to replace.

2. From the Object Info palette, click Replace Plant.

Alternatively, right-click on the plant and select Replace Plant from the context menu.

The Replace Plant dialog box opens.

Parameter	Description
Plant style list	Opens the Resource Selector to select a plant for placement; double-click a resource to activate it
Selected Plants Only	Replaces the selected plants with the new plant
All Instances	Replaces all instances of the plant with the new plant. This does not affect the plant style of the replaced plant, but simply replaces all plants of one type with another.
