The precision of the rotation values that can be entered (degrees, minutes, and/or seconds) depends on the Units setting.
To rotate at custom angles in 3D:
1. Select the 3D object or objects to rotate.
2. Select the command.
The Rotate Object in 3D dialog box opens. Specify the rotation parameters.
